I was in many restaurants in my week stay and there were some $30 meal I would have swapped for an $8 platter at Chesters in a heart beat. We tried chicken, pork, and goat curry. All great! No doubt they will not be unseated as the best jerk for quite a while.

Wonderful Jerk Chicken and Pork. Cool pictures of Cayman history adorn the walls. Good food, friendly staff, and the requisite chickens in the front yard. A totally Cayman experience!

This is a small place that is great for "take away." The portions are very good and the pork jerk and the fried plantains were great.

We came in twice for take out. They have great jerks Chicken ! Large portions served with rice and beans and coleslaw reasonably-priced! Friendly fast service, grab a portion to go and drive down the road and have a nice picnic on the Caribean. You can have one of the best Caribbean dishes in a secluded spot on a budget... More

We stopped here and ordered the red snapper meal. It was enough for two adults to share and was phenomenal. The fried plantains, salad, rice and beans that also came with it were delicious. We were there on their new chef's first day. He's an excellent cook from Jamaica and we very much enjoyed talking to him. We will definitely... More

This was an interesting stop. We finally discovered that the entrance was in the back of the building. There were no other customers there when we stopped in the middle of the afternoon. Our order included Jerk Pork and Red Snapper prepared Cayman Style. Well, the Jerk Pork was not a slab of ribs as expected. It was small nuggets... More

This place is not used to having a larger group of people order food, there were 10 of us and they were overwhelmed. Food was ok.

this place has all the makings of a fun local joint, until the food arrives... rice with a few red beans mixed in and chunks of chicken bones breaded and fried. no meat... skip it and go elsewhere..

Not bad for a road side stand. Decent food for the price. The potato salad was pink and not like American potato salad FYI. Would probably not get it again but will have to try jerk chicken elsewhere to compare.
