Hurried service although restaurant not full. Sole meunière to be avoided - dried and overecoooked. Fresh fish Canarian style, however, delicious. Ladies toilet very unsavoury and when mentioned to waitress, she was unconcerned, stating "it was very busy today" - not really a good excuse in my opinion.

We found the restaurant nearly 10 years ago while studying a travel guide. Every year we visited Puerto de Mogan and nearly every evening we were guests at this restaurant. The Menu is an invention for people not willing to talk to the staff or cook. So we ignore it constantly and just ask for the recommendation of the day.... More

Ate here twice the first time for paella. We ordered in advance during the day and it was truly one of the best paellas we have ever had. The waiter paired and excellent albarino with it The second time we had the mixed fish for two. it lacked any finesse but it would be cruel to remove a star for... More

We were on holiday for a week staying in nearby Taurito and discovered this great restaurant in the harbour area, set away from the more touristy eating area. We ate here on three occasions and had great food - especially the grilled fresh fish and the grilled rabbit. We were very impressed by all the staff, and of course the... More

We had a lovely fish meal in here with great service from the two young staff. All meals were really nice but their Meuniere could probably do with a bit less butter for our liking.

Having been told about this place, felt we should try it, but were slightly disappointed with the food, perhaps we were just unlucky that evening. For starters we both had 'Fish Croquettes'.....far too many, and taste not great. Mains, I had the grilled Sole, which looked good when presented to me, but discovered it to be well overcooked and rather... More

We had walked by the restaurant several times but because it was slightly out of our budget we had eaten elsewhere until last night. It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted a special meal. We chose well. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the house red wine was superb and the locally fish, Sama de Pluma, was amazing.... More

We couldn't find a true tapas bar anywhere in Mogan, lots of places advertising tapas but not one which is genuinely tapas as we expect in Spain. But the casual lunch we had here was excellent . Pil pil without the same name, garlic mushrooms and avocado salad plus 3 glasses of wine, water, bread cost 41 euros. Unfortunately not... More

Decided to visit for dinner as we've never ventured in here in all the years of visiting Mogan. Starters good but main course fish rather average and swamped in sauce. I knew it was a no frills type of restaurant serving honest food but expected perhaps to be told of that day's specials etc which didn't happen. Food all served... More

I don't normally write bad about restaurants , being in the trade 20 years myself . The thing that let this place down was the service and inability to meet the customers requirements . We sat down on the top tier , just outside the restaurant . Got the menu rather quickly . Waited 10 min before the waitress came... More
