I occasionally pop in for breakfast or morning coffee with friends. The setting is lovely and the food is of high quality. I would recommend the fruit scones ( don't leave it too late in the morning as they have been known to be gone by 1000am) but the home made sausage rolls are also very tasty. They have a... More

Sunday lunch is an institution in Ireland. This is a great place for it. Parking - good. Food- varied menu. Staff- friendly. Families were in the majority and there was a nice friendly atmosphere pervading. For tourists... its near Cobh, Fota Park, Golf course,a short drive to Cork City and minutes from the Waterford-Cork motorway. Apparently they do great coffee... More

Great little restaurant outside cork city. I had sausages and mash with an onion gravy, sounds basic but it was 5 star. Unbelievable flavours and was beautifully executed. Great service and lovely menu. Was a business lunch and the quaint setting was ideal. Not too busy and wasn't very loud so it was perfect for that we were looking for.... More

Went here for a breakfast treat with my daughter. The food and service are very good, it can be a little expensive but you don't mind because the quality of products used is top notch. The restaurant feels comfortable and warm and the menu is varied and tasty 😋 would recommend a visit here for breakfast

This is the 3rd time I've gone to this place while visiting Cobh. The staff are so friendly the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the cakes to die for! I had a seriously tasty gluten free sliced beef sandwich, and a lovely cup of coffee. The cakes are also fab the only gluten option was the roulade. I'll be... More

It was a busy Sunday. This place was very popular. We were 4 adults and 3 children under 7. They seated us quickly (upstairs table on its own - felt v special). Good choice of dishes for kids and adults. They automatically served children ASAP as food cooked to order so there was a little wait. All of us were... More

We arrived on a Saturday looking for a late lunch. First impressions were good, the restaurant was still busy at 4 o clock and the service was friendly and efficient. The menu surpassed our expectations and the food was great! Our favourite dish was the scotch egg with black pudding and poached pear, although we were pleased with everything we... More

Being a local, Ive always tried to dine in all the local restaurants but somehow this little gem slipped off the radar. Wow, its the only word I can describe this place. Its feels homely yet maintains class, its beautifully decorated, the food is unbelievable (I cleared the plate) but most importantly the Staff are second to none. We were... More
