We came to Elia last year with the recommend from our hotel we stayed. In summer it could be crowded so you should go with reserving first. Just a few days ago we went Kos again just to have a lunch in Elia! :) luckily it was the only open rest.in old town and we tasted the wonderful bread they... More

In July I've been in this restaurant, but I've never written this review, so better late than never! Elia is a lovely restaurant situated in the old town, you can sit inside or on the street; the staff is friendly and helpful, the waiter suggested to us the fresh food and typical dishes. For example we ordered fried feta and... More

It's always enjoyable to eat at a place where they're trying to get it right, and Elia does just that. Little things like instead of a basket of slightly stale bread, you get some excellent bread that could make a meal by itself. Definitely worth a visit.

It was the best traditional greek food that we ate in Kos! The service was perfect too! Hope we come back sometimes to enjoy this again!

We were recommended this restaurant by a member of staff at our hotel. Fantastic, friendly service! Very polite, personable staff with a great sense of humour which to us is very important! Not pushy at all we were left to decide what we would like from the menu. The food was gorgeous!!!!! We had mixed souvlaki the first visit! Cooked... More

The restaurant looks very nice with an open kitchen. Unfortunately they just offered us a table at the back in some kind of garden. This location is also very nice but did not have the same atmosphere as the front of the restaurant. The food was good for a reasonable price. We were a bit supprised that the waiters were... More

Went twice, supper after arriving and then lunch. A lovely cool setting in old town. Sitting on the busy cobbled street or sitting in the garden both wonderful.staff couldn't be more charming nothing to much trouble. Meal on both occasions excellent. If in kos it's a must.

Ate here tonight 24th September. Arrived early at 7.20 when restaurant was almost empty so were served promptly and efficiently. Lovely bread, olives and olive paste to start with along with saganaki, all very tasty. My hubby had a lamb dish served with a tomato sauce and potatoes which was delicious and I had chicken souvlaki with rice which was... More
