The old Ship Inn premises on St. Lawrence Gap have recently been taken over by the Boatyard owners. The former "Sugar" nightclub is now SUGAR LIVE and the adjacent original Ship Inn building will soon (December) reopen as a pub. Sugar Live has live music...More

This restaurant is pernamently closed and there is a for sale sign in front of it. Too bad because I liked this place a lot. But as of April 2015 it is no more.

Is it that I'm too old for loud bands now? Meant to review this place last year when we were on the island but overlooked it. Food hit or miss. My wife said her vindaloo was great. Mine not so. Luke warm. When the music...More

We'd walked past on several occasions (staying at the lovely Rostrevor) but decided to pop in on Thursday evening. No jazz ( Wednesdays I think) but we'd not come for the jazz. A warm, smiley welcome and once seated beside gently swaying white curtains in...More

Really enjoyed our meal last night at Rush. Good service as well. I had the chicken vindaloo and it was the best curry I've had in many holidays in the Caribbean and that's quite something as come from Manchester, home of the curry mile. My...More

Food was lovely, and they had Zinfandel rose which was a bonus! Only problem is they close quite early so you can't stroll up at 9 expecting food!
