We went for lunch and had the menu del día. For just €19 each we had a starter main course bread wine and water. Friendly service and a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you

This is set as a destination restaurant for local Lobster but all lobster dishes were Euro 69 or more. Instead we had an excellent fish meal from the set menu @ Euro 21 per head. Quite clinical surroundings and service was not very attentive given the place was pretty deserted - but the fish eas excellent.

In August we tried to book and Es Cranc was full. This time I phoned weeks ahead and booked Sunday lunch. When we arrived however they had put the booking in their book for the day before Saturday. Given that we flew in on Saturday night I was 100% sure the booking was indeed for Sunday. Shrug of the shoulder.... More

We lunched at Es Cranc and thoroughly enjoyed a menu del dia for €19.00 which included wine - there was also a €15.00 menu. Paying attention to the meals that were arriving at nearby tables and listening to the comments of the diners we will certainly be returning. A very comfortable ambience and friendly staff .

If you want to be laughed at behind closed doors for paying their €50+ prices for main courses than this is the place for you. But, whatever you do, don't complain or turn up and change your mind after seeing their London Michelin priced menu (no joke) because you'll witness the most fantastic breakdown of common decency from the manager... This place was highly recommended to me by friends and family. - it certainly didn't disappoint us. We didn't need to make a booking but we have heard that it gets packed during pick season. - It's often frequented by spanish celebrities. The decor of the restaurant is very traditional, don't expect anything fancy/ posh. The "Caldereta" is their main... More

Fab little restaurant one street back from the harbour. I had the €19 menu. I only had two courses (it offered 3) as I was stuffed. The best grilled squid ever. The price also include bread, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine - amazing value for such superb food. Highly recommended.

Ate there only once, as it is quite expensive and you have to book in advance. It is the best place for lobster in Menorca. Other things are on the menu, lobster is its special dish.

We had a wonderful meal at Es Cranc. The restaurant is consistently good, always correct and has a nice balance between formal and relaxed atmosphere. We had fish soup, with langoustine, prawns, mussels and chunks of fish, served from a tureen at the table. This was followed by monkfish which was amazing. There were three large slices, beautifully cooked and... More
