Popped in for lunch as we were traveling through, and v handy for the park nearby. One of the best meals on our long holiday so far. Opted for the set lunch, and was 15E for 3 course meal. All courses sublime. Must visit if in the area. Desserts in the picture (no idea what they were called, although she... More

This is a great family run restaurant serving delicious food and lovely wine at very reasonable prices. We were surprised with a tasty pumpkin soup with a puff pastry crouton whilst waiting for our starters. For main course we had duck which I would highly recommend. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

We visited on Tuesday evening and it is a shame the restaurant wasn't open on the Monday saving us a miserable visit to the hotel restaurant about 10 metres away the night before. My French is not fantastic and the owner of the restaurants English was as good as my French which made for interesting conversation but an enjoyable one.... More

I hadn't visited this restaurant since it was taken over but my neighbour had been several times and he said it was excellent. I wasn't disappointed. I went lunch time on a Friday and there were several tables full with diners. I was a party of five and the owner was very hospitable and friendly, the food excellent and hot.... More

Meal was ok, and good value, but restaurant had no atmosphere. Service was poor, waited ages if we required aperatifs. Would not go out of my way to eat here again.

Really enjoyable experience, despite the resturant being quite empty. We felt very welcome, the hostess was fab. The food was delicious, and we had some lovely carafes of local wines, and a complimentary dessert for someone in our group who was celebrating their birthday.

Classical menu, classical local atmosphere, good and friendly service (we managed in English even servant had pretty limited vocabulary). I ordered medium minus meat and I got medium minus!

Cute from the outside and good traditional food served inside. French spoken here. We both made an effort to communicate and it was all good. Probably not worth driving to just for a meal unless you are close by.

Staying nearby for a weeks holiday with family and friends a needed a nice meal to celebrate a birthday. Loveley sat on the outside terrarce. Food was excellent with not a scrap left by anyone including two teenage girls. Service was good not rushed but a nice steady pace to allow for a relaxed evening. Fixed 3 course meal and... More
