Great choice and quality of food, warm hosts, not overpriced, family run business. They have great saganaki dishes and very good raki.

Had a meal here on the night of 16 August. Fried courgettes were lovely but the old waiter having his thumb in out tzatziki and practically throwing our food on table in front of us did not make us want to go back for more.

Delicious food - we just had several meze plates each time, and 4-5 was enough for two. Particularly recommend the fried aubergine. Prices are very low, and there's a small cover charge for bread - which also comes with nice toasted garlicy bread. Was totally ampty when we ate there for lunch or dinner - so sad as it deserves... We ate here our first night after traveling 22hrs. This was hands down the best food we had on our 2 week trip to Greece. Try the daily special, dalmates, family wine, octopus etc it's all wonderful with gracious hosts.

Amoudara a is closed up tight this time of year but Taverns Erotokritos was open and we had an excellent meal in pleasant surroundings. We will go back in a couple of days. Highly recommended.

We were given a warm welcome at the restaurant. The food was freshly prepared and excellent, and there was a free dessert and raki at the end. It's a shame that there were not more diners to enjoy the delights of this place.

It is a shame that this excellent, family-run, Greek taverna is in an area full of all-inclusive hotels and, thus, almost empty most the times. The food is REAL, excellent and highly enjoyble. All-inclusive is fine by me, but please treat yourself to some real food, if you can spare e12-15 per person (for a big dinner).

Best value for quality in Ammoudara. We had Greek Salad, Gyros and Lamb with Goat Cheese. All were amazing. Local wine is great also. Food is very very reasonably priced. We went 2x!
