Okay, the bacon rolls were actually quite good but they took an age to come and the elder of the two ladies serving just seemed indifferent and totally non engaging; not surly but in all honesty, not far off. Just seemed like she didn't really want to be there. Also, no ask about whether we wanted any sauces so had... More

Popped in here on a very busy Sunday. Found a table inside and enjoyed a cream tea. Service was friendly and fairy efficient considering how VERY busy it was. Perhaps not the most elegant or prettiest of village tea shops. That said the home made scones were some of the lightest, fruitiest we've enjoyed anywhere. Will definitely return when we... More

Remember the nasty cafe's from the 80's and 90's? Well if that's your bag try here for a trip down memory lane. The locals know to go to suncatchers cafe for outstanding coffee and some real tasty food.

Super rich fruit cake and Wensleydale cheese for lunch in an informal setting. The name of the café is wrongly spelt on this site, incidentally - it's "Bordar" not "Border".

Had a very nice lunch here earlier this week. We both had paninis which were delicious and served quickly by friendly professional staff. Would highly recommend.

Having visited Masham several times, this was our first experience of this cafe. First impressions were good - plenty of patrons were locals which was a good sign. Our party ordered a variety of teas and coffees which were swiftly delivered and tasted delicious. Friendly staff and an establishment I certainly recommend.
