We ate here this evening to celebrate our anniversary. The staff are charming and the decor is really tasteful. Also, the loos are immaculate which is particularly important when dining with children. The menu is fairly limited (always a good sign I think) but the chef happily went off piste for me (vegetarian) and my youngest who is just not... More

Very good food and totally unrushed. Charming decor. We have been coming here for some years and it is always consistently good.

We started going to this restaurant over ten years ago. It never fails to impress and it changes menus frequently but is always excellent and good value. We last ate lunch there just over a week ago and enjoyed every course immensely from an unusual starter: smoked salmon with toast and a central mixture of scallops, pea puree and mint... More

We have visited this area probably 50 times in recent years but found this restaurant after our favourite eatery la garenne was shut. We recommend as the service, food & decor all made for a very pleasant evening.

A good mid range restaurant with a wide range of menu. Service was efficient and not rushed. Quality of food was good with no chips in sight.

I attended an 80th birthday celebration here, the restaurants banqueting room. The food was exceptional and the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

We have been visiting L'Ecurie for 15 years or so. Always an interesting menu, superbly presented. Service is friendly and discreet. For an independent restaurant in a small French town it is excellent value for money and really qualifies as fine dining. If only there were restaurants like this in the UK. It has a classy ambiance and definitely worth... More

Recently visited with a group of friends having eaten at this restaurant in the past. Food well presented with a good choice from the set menus which start at around 25 euros each. House wine served by the jug expensive at 17 euros for 750ml although very palatable. The food was well presented although some of the vegetables were bland... More

We heard this place had a reputation as "the" place to eat in Hesdin, and it was also recommended by family members. After trying a few times when unfortunately it was closed for functions, we eventually managed to eat here for dinner. Not having huge appetites, we were pleased that we could have just two courses from either the lunch... More
