Our dinner was nothing short of outstanding. We were a party of nine and arrived to find an elegant table in the most beautiful setting only to be exceeded by the dinner that was to follow. The chef prepared a special seafood stew for my...More

One of the best culinary experiences we have had in the Caribbean. The new executive chef of Boudreau, Victor Garrido, is outstanding. Each dish was cooked to perfection, including the local snapper (which is typically over cooked by most Caribbean chefs). We are looking forward...More

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly service but most important a good chef. Creating food with modern flair AND flavor! Many times menus have pretentious descriptions, fancy small plates and no flavor... The chef here delivers, fresh seafood with modern presentation and food flavor. Well worth the visit.

This place always looked empty but we still had to try it. I liked the ambience of this place (not just 'cos it was empty) the big wine glasses and nice view helped. The vegetarian option was a hotpot pie, the menu didn't mention that...More

Food and service were both excellent. The atmosphere for an evening dinner was lovely. All of the dishes, from seafood to steak, were beyond delicious. Boudreau is a MUST for anyone visiting the Marigot Bay area.

They try to make it look nice but the food is pretty average and blunt... And the location is not the best for this bay. It is a restaurant at a hotel...
