This was my first stop upon moving to Sylvan Lake. I liked the name and thought it was right on the water. It's across the street but still has a nice view from the rooftop deck (not that I saw it!) Everyone else had their patio open on the day that I stopped, however, Pier 7 did not open theirs... More

Last night my son and I decided to check this place out for a bite and maybe watch the game. Waitress on the left hand restaurant type side was a bit busy so we decided to go on the lounge side where there was only 1 other table. We sat and waited for almost 10 minutes without anyone taking our... More

We've tried this place 4x since the new owner, and this will most definitely be the last. We never got one good meal (greasy! Bad oil. Small portion. Same menu but not nearly as good as last owners.Just blah), but wanted to give it one last shot. (since I used to be a Huuuuuge supporter when she had Cafe Bodega).... More

Took my wife, daughter and one of her girlfriends here for dinner. 3 out of 4 meals had to be the worst meals we have EVER had anywhere. My wife had the beef dip and fries, which consisted of extremely dry thinly sliced beef on a 5 inch sliced hoagie bun (and that's all no butter, mayo, nothing else on... More

So unimpressed with this place. Haven't been for quite awhile and so disappointing. The portions are small and way over priced and the owner is incredibly rude! Looks like all the skids moved from chefs to this place. Save your money and go elsewhere not family friendly at all anymore.

We went to Pier 7 for dinner while visiting family in Red Deer. The place itself was nice enough - we were comfortably seated and attentively waited upon at the outset. However, the meal wasn't what we'd hoped for. For starters, the beer selection is extremely limited - my wife and i ended up sticking to water because they didn't... More

We enjoyed a very nice meal here. The waitress was very lovely and a excellent hostess. The food was a bit overpriced, but a beautiful restaurant.

Came with my family and parents for a nice evening out. I hadnt been to pier 7 for awhile and was very disappointed to find it changed owners. The atmosphere was horrible and the food was less than impressive. So confused as to what happened to this place as it was a family fav. They used to welcome kids and... More

It's all in the title. Went to try out this spot and the waitress was inattentive and loud. The food was very poor in taste and quality. There seems to be people who support them so it may all be a matter of my expectations when dining. Would not try again.
