We have visited both midday and evening and has been lovely on both occasions, great view of the harbour accompanied by a nice relaxing atmosphere. Food was really good and reasonably priced, there is also a great selection of drinks including real ales and cocktails. Amazing service would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Calero!

I love most things about Lanzarote but the beer choice is not one of them, there's only so much lager you can drink. We were recommended the Upper Deck so went to Puerto Calero to have a look. The setting is amazing, we were sat outside with great sea views, this coupled with all the expensive yachts made us think it was going to be a pricey visit. We all ate, burger, nachos and a kids meal and as well as being tasty the meals were extremely well priced but the big reason for coming was the beer. They have a huge beer list, mostly Belgian and I was able to have a proper drink, most priced less than in the UK. May just be my favourite bar in Lanzarote.

We stopped here for,a couple of beers before eating our evening meal. The number of beers available was amazing, and several were on draught, although the majority of the 90 different ales on offer were bottles. I had te deum, a Belgian draught IPA, which was lovely. We didn’t try the food although food was available. Of the various eating houses in the village, this was probably the,only one which was always well attended, which suggests that it was successfully catering for,its clientele.
The staff were all helpful, and went out of their way to explain the qualities of the different beers on offer

This is the most popular place to go in Puerto Calero. The beer choices are extensive and the three Italians that run this bar have got the “great British pub” down perfectly. The welcome is warm, the fish and chips are great and the cocktails are generous, if you’re wanting beer, this has to be the best place to go in the Marina and is well worth the gorgeous coastal walk from Puerto Del Carmen. Locals, residents and tourists alike, flock to the Upper Deck for good reason, and it should be your first stop in Puerto Calero!

This place was an amazing find if you like good beer and food. We rented a Villa in Puerto Calero and this place was maybe a 10 minute walk away. A wide selection of local and international beers both draft and bottled. Usually open from 11 am with a great view over the plaza and marina and even better on sunny days. Order the Nacho's easily serves two and more suited to three/four - just one portion. Staff were great and very friendly always welcoming and offering advice. Even better you can do the coastal walk from Puerto del Carmen have a few beers and then walk back.

Lunch for 2 with 3 cocktails and a beer came to a little over €20. Great little spot, tasty food and good prices. Situated in the heart of Puerto Calero marina, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine and brilliant views with a drink. Highly recommend

Great pub with craft beer in Puerto Calero. On upper dexk at Marina with great views from terrace. Big selection of craft beers including some from Lanzarote. Great to try a different brew ! The nachos were very good- large portion with the traditional melted cheese, guacamole, salsa and soured cream.

This is a great spot overlooking the marina. The staff are super knowledgeable on the flavours of the dozens of different varieties they carry. We felt so welcomed by the staff that we went three times during our week long stay!!

Went to upper deck with my mum, dad, brother, his wife and my partner. We arrived after the other four and there was no problem adding two seats outside so we could join them.
As they had already ordered food I asked what gluten free options they had - only the nachos - however, I thoroughly enjoyed them, the cheese on them was lovely and the usual condiments, sour cream, guacamole, salsa.
Also have a fantastic, delicious gluten free pale ale here which I will be returning for a few of before I leave in a weeks time.
Service was fantastic, friendly and efficient. Also gave us all a shot upon paying up the bill. Enjoyed all round.

This is a great bar, probably the best in terms of atmosphere in Puerto Calero. We visited numerous times over the week, both day and night and there was always a lively and fun atmosphere, usually down to Yasmin who is undoubtedly the star of the show here!
She makes everyone feel welcome, always stops to have a chat and works tirelessly to ensure that everyone gets their drinks quickly, all with a smile on her face.
All the other staff are excellent too, as are the drinks choices and prices. We eat here a couple of times too and we were impressed with selection and quality of it, an ideal place for a light lunch whilst looking out over the Harbour.

I have just had the best ever lunch in the Upper Deck in Calero. I had beer battered cod and the batter was light and thin, the fish was fresh, flakey and milky. And there was plenty of it, the chips were also plentiful and cooked to perfection. The service was very friendly, efficient and surprisingly quick.
I would strongly recommend this restaurant.

You can buy the usual 1.50 Euro pint anywhere in PDC but if you want the choice of many quality continental and British beers this is the place to go. Probably well over 50 different bottled beers and quality draft beers. There’s an excellent 5.9ABV IPA on draft and the bottles include Punk IPA and Leffe. All reasonably priced and the service is excellent - Alberto really knows his beers and takes pride in how he serves and presents them. As an aside they also show all the footie and there’s an excellent Indian restaurant next door! What more could you wish for?

If you've done the walk from Puerto del Carmen, this is the perfect place for a beer and some food. We had a couple of cold beers, a baguette and a huge portion of delicious fish and chips. The prices were so reasonable, service was friendly and the views are amazing.

What a place! As soon as we arrived at the Upper Deck Pub we knew we had found our 'local' for the week. The staff instantly make you feel welcome, are very friendly and great fun to talk too. This adds to the whole atmosphere of the pub, whether sat inside or outside. The drinks prices are very reasonable, and the bar is always busy with locals and tourist alike. It is a must visit when in Puerto Calero!

Been coming to The Upper Deck for over 5 years as we loved the Homemade burgers. We visited late November 22 and was disappointed with the burger bun which was dry and low quality. We tried again today Sunday and the homemade burger was a thick dry over pressed, it look and taste the same a the Lidil burgers also in size and texture. No way they are homemade told the waitress and the bun and meat was dry did not like it her reply and reaction like she agreed and oh ok. We asked her for the bill she got someone to bring the bill and collect payment no sorry or she would pass out the feedback so I don’t care will not return again.

The customer has every right to criticize the food and the quality of the service. However, the customer who spreads false information without evidence that damages the company does not exercise any right of criticism and we are evaluating the most appropriate way to protect our reputation. You claim that we would misinform our customers by saying that our burgers are handmade. We have near-daily delivery slips for the premium ground beef we use to make our burgers, and anyone who knows Upper Deck can testify that our burgers are made every morning and that the bread is sourced from a local bakery.
