Pity is one of my favorites in Vilanova ,always put you excellent opinions and used to recommend it but not anymore .Yesterday it was the worst experience in this restaurant ever !!! 😔 We booked inside bc was to hot outside and to avoid the noise from the terrace which was full.We to wait 15' even with reservation normally upstairs they have tables of 4 ( now less due to Covid) I already headache due to the vaccine and I could not enjoy any plate because the two big tables looked having botellón in the restaurant 1x birthday yelling talking (this in a bigger space would reasonable) one adults walking the bb-car along the restaurant while the waitresses could not pass through ! Second big table with 8 adults standing all time,walking talking with no face mask, a mother breast feeding the baby (not wrong but seen the awful noise and stressed service and the whole circus ! not attractive while you try to fast swallow your food to leave ASAP the place.I could not gave any conversation with my friends fue to the horrible noise !! Regarding the melon soup only tasted mint (hierbabuena) and my dorada was dried up too cooked and no taste and got the wrong dessert The Service apologized and I thank you. Try not to loose your quality and good name to get more than you can offer I see as you get busier you provide less quality and that is not good!!!

Set lunch very good

Set lunch is a bit more expensive than other places. Food was very good. A lot of mussels for starter with great sauce. Husbands Vietnamese rolls were good. The aoli cod main was yummy! Dessert was very standard but it was practically free because of the set price. I would go back.

What the hell ,!!!!!. How can anyone give this place a good rating. Worst service I've ever had. Tiny portions, all served at different times, waited 1 hour for garlic prawns, a dish that should take 10 mins at the most, paella absolutely tasteless worst in Spain.will never go back.absolute rip off.

The seating arrangement was uncomfortable and cramped, with our table crammed with other 4 tables into a space that could barely accommodate a single four-person table. We met Bernard the owner and he is great fun, knowledgable and interesting. You have to visit this place! We will be back again and again…
