Today we visited the Mamalyga restaurant, where we liked absolutely everything, it was very cozy, warm and sincere. At the entrance we were greeted by almost the entire restaurant team - the hostess, administrator and waiters, everyone was smiling, very polite and friendly, so warm that it felt as if they were waiting for us to visit! Then we were taken to a cozy table by the window and given a menu, smiling politely and very pleasantly back at us. The restaurant's menu has a large selection of appetizers, salads, amazing barbecue and delicious desserts, and a large bar list. I really like that the restaurant team is constantly improving the menu, adding more and more new items. We couldn't decide on the choice of dishes ourselves and the waiter Robert helped us with this. The man really knows his business 5+, he took into account all our preferences and competently answered all our questions. The food was served quickly, which was good news. They brought us a light pumpkin soup with shrimp; French fries, not the classic frozen ones with fatty oil inside, everything is different here, the team of chefs cut the potatoes themselves and they turn out homemade and crispy, also the sauces are all made from under a knife, natural and tasty; also a smoked duck salad with pear and mixed salad, I’m not a fan of duck, but this one was so deliciously cooked and thinly sliced, it really melted in your mouth, there was also a Greek salad of fresh vegetables, it tasted like they were only plucked from the garden. After a walk around Kislovodsk we went for dinner. There were doubts at the entrance, since the hall is small, but we decided to take a chance. We ordered salads, pastries, meat, snacks, drinks.
Everything is very delicious. Personally, I really liked the lamb. Khachapuri and flatbreads are a serious temptation. Salads are also good. The pkhali lacked the traditional taste of seasonings, but considering the other dishes we ordered, this did not upset us one bit.

"Mamalyga" holds its mark. We celebrated my husband's birthday. I booked a table for two in advance and indicated that it was my husband’s birthday. Very friendly staff, delicious, gourmet dishes, large portions, excellent service. At the end of our lunch, the whole team came up with a gift (a carrot cake with a lit candle) and congratulated my husband on his birthday. The cake just melted in your mouth.
