Atmospheric place. Very cozy and at the same time the interior surprises. Great selection of food. The food is very tasty. It is worth especially noting the staff, who work with soul. My daughter said: the most delicious chicken soup during my entire stay in Kislovodsk. We recommend. Good luck and prosperity.

My family visited Noir House on several occasions and have fallen in love with the seemingly "low" key place, tucked away in one of the streets of Kislovodsk. It was a pleasant revelation to discover a gem of taste and elegance in the small resort town. The place oozes style, elegance and cosiness in contrast to what usually can be expected from word "Noir".
The food is fabulous, delicious and the staff is well trained and flexible to respond to special requests. It is truly a gem that is worth visiting if you happen to visit Kislovodsk or nearby places. Highly recommended.

Every things are perfect at the Noire house such as cleanliness, foods , location near home, car park , the staff. We love to go here on the special day of our family. Like yesterday we went to the Noire because of celebrated birthday of the one in our family again. However this time was different because I told the staff to turn on a bithday song after the film ends. That was so surprised to everyone in the room. Another impressive the restaurant was busy at that time but the staff was smiling and singing the song with us. Well, everything are perfect here👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻thank you so much for yesterday.

We planned some leisure time. I wanted to enjoy pizza and burgers. But we were refused. It was proposed to make a choice from the Caucasian menu. That's all! But all available platforms contain information about Neapolitan pizza. What's the catch? They refused pizza, burgers too....... With such competition, it is not logical to do this. In general, the mood was spoiled. Impressive too. A very strange cafe. I give one star for the design. Quite interesting and unusual. The era of old America.

I’ve always loved this cafe.. the menu is to my taste and the atmosphere is not like everyone else’s, as they say.. I lived in another city for a year, came and immediately went with friends to my favorite cafe.. as it turned out the last time.. the waitress brought the menu and told me to press the button.. pressed three times.. zero attention.. they already called the boy.. I don’t know, he says where your waiter is.. for me, as a karaoke restaurant manager.. this is, to put it mildly, a shock, then the boy accepted the order for food and drinks Having lost hope of competent service, we ourselves asked for drinks to be brought right away.. We waited for coffee for 40 minutes.. the staff had breakfast, chatted, washed dishes that need to be washed when you close, the bartender ran for milk.. without waiting for food or drinks, we left to another establishment.. fortunately in Kislovodsk there are no problems with this.. it’s a shame, but I have never seen a more unprofessional and arrogant team..

We visited this cafe on September 4, 2023. We ordered lagman (not bad), the khichins were disgusting. The tea is good. But this is all nothing. We came to rest and found some kind of hysterical scream of a woman. Apparently this is the manager of this establishment. Who took it out on her subordinates. I'm an adult and I shuddered. It is not correct. In relation to your clients. Learn to sort out your affairs so that no one hears them. We won't visit you again. I don't recommend it!!!!

Excellent, soulful design, stylish, tasteful, take everything they bake with confidence. Delicious pizzas, pies, hamburgers, delicious milkshakes, a large selection of tea, and it’s clear that the bartender does it with soul.. we had a great and tasty time and had dinner (the only remark is that the waiter must know thoroughly what and how the dish is prepared)
