Wide selection of unusual but authentic Thai dishes and drinks, and really attentive friendly staff. Definitely the best meal so far at good prices. Liked the location too, its down a back road, sol away from the worst traffic but still feels busy. Set back from the street behind foliage with a pond full of carp which my son loved. You can sit outside but undercover.

The restaurant serves Thai and European cuisines. Vegetarian food also available. Great ambiance. Lovely decor. Hygienic.
Had tried quite a lot of restaurants around the island. Phensiri is a hidden gem and definitely a best.
Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They recognized us immediately when we revisited the restaurant in a lapse of 14 months. They knew our favorite drinks to order and the way we would to be prepared. How lovely.
The food continued to be flavorful and well presented. Very appetizing. We found that there were some new dishes added again. The quality outweighed some famous restaurant in the island but the cost was much lower. Extremely value for money. Highly recommended.
The restaurant introduced food delivery. It's nice to have the chance to enjoy these good dishes even at home.
Besides, they accepted order from the adjoining Benzo Sushi Bar.

We came here out of recommendation from our hotel staff, we wanted to have authentic Thai food - well
Worth it!! The location was just walking distance from our hotel in centara, just about 1 KM, staffs in pensiri were accommodating and recommended some dishes to try. It’s authentic Thai for sure. Definitely recommend . The steamed fish with lime was amazing , and the cuttlefish with salted egg was top!

I'll start by saying that I had the best Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice at this restaurant and everyone enjoyed their food. It was unfortunate that we were seated at 9 pm (we had reservations) and did not get our menus until 9:30 pm. They had run out of menus! They started to serve our drinks and appetizers at 10:30 pm. We were a large group of about 15 people so I can understand that it can be a challenge but there was another table of 15 people and they got served a lot faster. There were lots of servers and they were pleasant enough so I assume the kitchen was short staffed.

As the repeat customer, we love your restaurant, food, location, ambience including the hospitality of staffs…..but you need to increase the amount of staffs since the service is very slow and lack of attention due to load of works they have to perform. That may be the suggestions you already aware of….

In the most trying of times, that we suspect Koh Samui has endured for many a long year, with many businesses gone and the remainder struggling there is to be found the shining beacon of Phensiri.
Have visited this Thai Restaurant twice already, once for lunch and a few days later for dinner.
On both occasions the first thing to strike was the Welcoming Greeting extended to us by the front of house staff Mr Tun and Mr Lwin and then their subsequent excellent service delivered all through with a comforting friendly and relaxing professionalism.
The food simply speaks for itself....starting with an extensive menu selection. Our choices made were then served in a timely manner. The dishes we ordered were ample and delicious and greatly enjoyed.

As a Thai person, their food was great and authentic. Even some simple fried chicken wings came with nice sauces. Pork ribs curry was really yummy and eggphant salad was very nice. The best meal in Samui so far.
They were fully booked from 7 to 9 on many days so we went for lunch instead. Book in advance if you want to go there.

This is a perfect place whenever you want to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine at reasonable prices.
You can tell already by the starters that passion for quality is the driving force.
Regardless whether you love meat, fish or just vegetables: the taste is always convincing. Difficult to recommend a favourite main course. Hence my suggestion is: just somit the Thai way - order various dishes and share.
Don’t forget to taste the various delicious ice cream flavours that are available.
The service is truly care taking and fast - but be prepared to queue at the entrance if you haven’t made a reservation in advance. The restaurant is very popular - both for Thai people and tourists.
All in all : a very nice experience

Inside and outdoor seating here. Staff are very competent and the service is really good. Drinks order taken quickly and the menu is varied with Thai dishes galore. The food comes well presented and deliciously tasty. Portion sizes are good.
Good value for money and well wort a visit even if it is round the corner from the quiet end of Chaweng Beach.

One of the best original Thai restaurants on samui island, due to fresh ingredients and cooking technique. Phensiri restaurant has proved that good Thai foods are not that expensive. The location is very easy to find but located on a very narrow street. If you come a bit early in the evening, sure you will get a good parking place at the curve of the street. My recommendation is Kua Kling, Omlet with Crabs, and Leang leaves with egg. All of the southern spice menus are recommended too!!

Seeing the reviews I thought the restaurant would be overrated but the food was amazing and very flavourful. The massam chicken curry, tomyum gong were delectable. And the portions are huge can easily be shared between 2 to 3 people if ordered with rice or noodles. They sell these curry pastes to take home as well.

This is possibly one of the last remaining busy restaurant in the Chaweng Noi area since everything around it is like a ghost town due to covid. Lots of empty shops, under finished buildings or malls and empty buildings even. The restaurant is fairly big but not enough staff so during the peak hours you have to try hard to get their attention. Ir does get busy so do reserve a table. Menu is half Thai food and half western tourist food. The Thai dishes were pretty good. Portions are quite big, so ideal for sharing. Prices are fair. Probably the best restaurant option in the Chaweng Noi area for the moment. Nothing special.

Booked on the day. The waitress arrives without the pen and returns after 10 minutes. Then we order 4 identical dishes based on prawns, 2 arrive then after half an hour they inform us that the next 2 will exceptionally be already prepared without the head "special for you". After another half hour, some shrimps covered in garlic arrive 🤦‍♂️in the meantime we wait for the Satay chicken. After another 20 minutes we ask about it: 5 minutes pass, 30 minutes pass we ask for the bill and end dinner in another restaurant. Unfortunately given the position this review will not be of much use. In any case, the evening was ruined

We dined here at Phensiri on a recent trip to Koh Samui. Staff at our resort recommended the restaurant and it did not disappoint. As I have coeliac disease I am always a little wary, but the food here was wonderful and the staff member who served us was well aware of gluten free ingredients and options.
Would definitely return!

Not being a fan of Thai food, we were invited for dinner at this restaurant, so we obliged. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was very good. They were full that evening so the service was slow but, it was all forgotten as we were served by an excellent waiter known as Elvis. He was a breath of fresh air and full of smiles, charisma and spunk! Elvis is an asset to this restaurant . Well done we will be back......
