Like the previous reviewer I recently moved to the area, from South London. I like this place as it is a proper local. I've never seen any new people treated any differently to the locals. Am currently in here with a 6 month old puppy and the staff, 2 of the ladies mentioned have been fantastic. Good beer, great prices... More

After moving to the area we have decided to try out all the pubs in the West Malling . We called in on a sunday lunchtime which was very quiet just after 12.30pm or so. There were 3 women behind the bar working and we were made to feel like they were doing us a favour serving us the customers.... More

A genuine pub where people talk and chat representing what pubs used to be like in West Malling . Empasis on good quality real ale and good home cooked food. Pies are wholesome !!!!

We just popped in for a drink with our dog. We got chatting to others with dogs and it was a very friendly atmosphere.

Had a really lovely Sunday lunch. Decided to have one of the many different pies described on the blackboard with veg and roast potatoes. Really enjoyed my pie and had a nice selection of vegetables. We sat in the bar side of the pub and just relaxed.

Another great family visit to this traditional British pub. Haven't been here for a while which is a shame as the new menu offerings are top class and very reasonably priced for portion size. Service was also good with the staff very helpful and happy and good food coming out in good time. Overall a very good experience that far... More

I recently came into the Bull with my family (2 children & my wife) and the barmaid was miserable. She served me my drinks and she didn't have any manors, she didn't smile, she snatched the money out of my hand. I am disgusted that my local has a young girl like her working there. She has been there for... More

The wait for food was outrageous, the real ale was like a foggy day in old London town and the food looked like it was cooked by an novice

Gave the Bull a good review, but on my last visit, Sunday last, I was dissappointed with the roast potatoes. Before they were proper pots and cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The roast potatoes served on Sunday had a strange texture and taste so think they were frozen or they have a new... More

We have visited this pub on a few occasions including other pubs in West Malling. This establishment has the most rude and obnoxious young girl behind the bar we have ever experienced in a pub. She has no communication skills even unable to say please and thank you after begrudgingly serving you your drinks. It's as if you are imposing... More
