We spent time and money. Needed to sit down. No one in italy sits down, so we had ourselves a little cafecito. Nice.

Needed a pick me up after arriving in Murano and found the Gran Cafe. Clean and welcoming. We stood at the bar and had two good coffees and a croissant. After the wife still need some energy so we had some gelato, why not! Always good for a warm day! Very reasonable prices as we paid 7 euros for all... More

This is the first place you see when you get off the water taxi and is inviting due to its location. However, the prices are ridiculous for what you get so I recommend you just walk on by. The peach bellinis were very good but I am sure we could get the same thing elsewhere at half the price. Cover... More

Sit and watch the day go by and enjoy a fine coffee and pastry. Prices and services are excellent and the staff are great. Prices are a lot cheaper than on Venice itself so no reason to complain.

We stopped here for coffee, no food, mid morning. I should have known better given it was located right in front of the bus stop looking out at the water, which is a perfect spot for tourists. The coffees were among the worst I had in Italy, and we were slugged a hefty service charge for sitting outside (a classic... More

Myself and my wife visited this cafe on two occasions, both time we had a coffee and a pizza. I tried the four cheeses and it was one of the best I've ever tasted, generous in size and topping, crisp bases and full of flavour, would have happily paid twice the price. On the second visit i had a delicious... More

Would pay €4.00 for a peach tea? If I knew it I would not step in this over priced caffe . I know it's the first think you will see but walk little bit in to the 'town' and you will get drinks for half price. I was shocked for €8.00 bill for one tea and coffee. Definitely not 5*****... More

Missed the water bus back to Venice so decided to drop in for lunch. The lunch was tasty and fairly priced. As it was our first time in Venice, Stefane offered to mark on the map where to go to get back to the hotel, and also recommended which meals on the menu were his favourite/most popular/local specialities. Great little... More
