Wonderful place for a good lunch at the beach. Nothing high brow, but a simple and very enjoyable lunch.

I have been there with my family and what a surprise: we had good local cuisine, and live music when one of the stuff member decided to play a guitar. Unforgatablle and astonishing. Worth a trip to Casa Africa!
Hard to get too and not worth the trouble despite all the recommendations. Food was simple but acceptable. Service lamentable and uncharacteristically unfriendly. Caters for tours and bulk feeding. Toilet facilities appalling ( and that is the ones not out of action)
Huge restaurant in the back although I recommend you sit outside to get a good view of the beach. Very simple menu: the waiter just gave us three choices: salad, fish and/or octopus. The few waiters are extremely busy given the size of the restaurant....More
Even though the menu is limited, the fish and salad of the Casa Africa are good value and tasty. And even though this is a major tourist stop, try to grab a table outside that looks over the sea.
