What a fantastic little cafe, dog friendly, home baked cakes and a hot chocolate to die for. However the best bit a free sausage for our lab.

Came here this morning with the family and our dog for a weekend trip to redcar before we head of back home to Norrwich this afternoon. We came here this morning at 11am but sadly the place was shut but said it was open on...Google and facebook... The family was a bit disappointed as we came here last year and the food was amazing!, The two ladies who were working when, we were here last year were so lovely and even came to sit with us and had s chit chat as we were the only people in the cafe at the time, and even give my boy 2 free sossages! 🤩 Fingers crossed it's open next time we visit 🤞More

Hi everyone. Can i say this little cafe is cute. We came to the beach for a walk with the dogs and found the staff very nice. Oir dogs got a sausage each. The food on the menu always comes out lovely everytime. 7 times...we have used this cafe. Very clean very well presented too. Ide also like to comment about the REVIEW BELOW HELLS KITCHEN...HOW CAN YOU COME ON HERE AND MOAN? WE WERE SAT BEHIND YOU AND ALL YOU DID WAS MOAN ABOUT THE PLACE FROM WALKING IN AND ALSO IM ANGRY 😠😡THAT YOU CAN MOAN ABOUT THE MENU EVEN WORSE THE CAN OF DRINK WAS FLAT??? WE HAD THE SAME DRINK. ITS FROM A UNOPENED CAN. WHY DO I HAVE A FEELING YOU CAME IN TO SLATE THIS LONG ESTABLISHED PLACE? Anyways apart from the rant its a great clean dog friendly cafe. Very modern with a seaside theme...PLEASE TRY THIS XXMore

While lockdown is on the cafe tends o be only open on a weekend. After a bracing walk on the seafront you can’t beat a bacon butty with mushrooms.

Called in on a Saturday - 2 other tables in. Waited 45 mins for a breakfast and bacon sandwich. Bacon was barely cooked and full of fat , bun swimming in margerine. Couldn’t eat it! Hubbies brekkie was quantity over quality - sausages were awful...! No CoVid regulations in place whatsoever !! AvoidMore

Yes very dog friendly. However this is a small establishment, you need to me mindful of this if you have large dogs.
