Welcome . Ordered tea and churros cake.
Tea loose leaf in lovely China teapot, milk in jug, tea strainer, and cup, saucer and teaspoon. Wonderful tasting tea and tea pot filled to top even though for one person.
Churros cake...... Heaven , moist , creamy and luscious & homemade.
Dont miss out on this wonderful little gem. They sell healthy meals too and always guaranteed a warm welcome.
Lovely environment, lovely people..xxMore
Had the full English breakfast (I know that’s a bit odd in a Brazilian cafe but it’s what you need after 6 month lockdown)
I can’t remember having a better full English anywhere. I always judge them on the quality of the sausage and these...were good.
My wife had the porridge which set her up for the day. We both had flat whites which were strong and hot (and big)
Combined with the excellent service a very good experience.More
Due to the lockdown it has been several months since we were able to visit this delightful cafe and it was a pleasure to be able to do so again.
The welcome was as warm as ever and the service was delightful. As ever, it...was especially nice to have our “real” tea served in a large china pot, with delicate cups and saucers. We only had a snack for lunch but, again, it was perfect.
Without doubt, this is the best cafe in the area.More
This was a fabulous find. On a damp dreary day we despaired of finding any where good to eat. Really unusual, very Brazilian menu, friendly staff, pleasant surroundings. Nothing plastic or pre-packaged about this place.
First time to Redcar since lock down, we took a small dog but cafe had no problems letting her in.
Seems family run, very friendly staff. Was really impressed with food and quality, huge portions so excellent value for money, couldn't fit the cake in...after bit would definitely come backMore
