Overall 7/10, Environment 7/10, Service 6/10, Food 8/10 (base on the only one dish ordered), Price 7/10
Comfortable environment - looks clean and tidy. During the visit, not crowded in the restaurant, and the mall during weekend.
Staff are generally friendly, asked us whether to straight away order the food or to have a look on the menu even NEVER pass us the menu (I have no idea what type of food this restaurant serving) and we yet to be enter or bring us seat to the restaurant.
Of course, we decided to seat and look into the menu (as this is the first i visit to GOOBNE). Ordered a signature dish - boneless roasted 800g chicken (which can choose 2 flavours) = Served in 2 separate plates. And it cost Rm48.
The taste of the marinated boneless chicken was juicy and good. For those who can't afford to eat spicy... Probably the signature chicken Volcano is too spicy, if you are not the spicy lover.
Overall Worth to have a try.
Pricy on the food serving in the menu.
* For the Ordering, we have to walk to the cashier counter to make our ORDER & PAY the order at the counter OURSELF. They didn't provide the service to take your order at your seat.
* while waiting out food. I saw the other 3 customers entred restaurant and stand and looking on the menu at the cashier counter. Probably the service crew may serve them a seat via they haven't decide what to order.
I feel that either they should improve and provide a better service or shouldn't charge the service charge 10% on the customer.
Restaurant charge 10% service charge + 6% sst. Accept Grabpay on the payment.

if you are spicy food lover, must try their signature volcano chicken. Unfortunately, they need to improve their service. very slow service.

We just came back from holiday in South Korea. Then we somehow bumped into this Korean restaurant. Hey! It's not bad at all. The food is surprisingly as delicious. The oven roasted garlic honey chicken was as good as authentic Korean cooking. Staff is quite helpful. No regrets coming here.

The volcano chicken is delicious, spicy and health. Also tried the Jampong ramen. If you like tomyam style food, this is a must-try. Spicy and tasty. No forgetting also the UFO fondue is very special and all of us enjoyed the food. The chicken is served fresh directly from the oven as per your order. Will definitely come again.

Absolutely and pathetically useless place! Offered a 'Free Drink' for birthday month for 7 days. My friend's birthday falls on the 7th day but they say its not applicable! How so? Explanation being 3 days before and 3 days after! Then why put such notices!?? Such cheapskates!

Just went last night. Service was ok ok only. The server(female) didn't have knowledge what she's serving. Ask this dunno. Ask that not sure. Haiyoh. Plus the portion also not worth every penny. Expensive.taste ok ok la. The moment i walked in also didn't feel 'korea'. Don't ever try to beat other korean outlet. Conclusion:not gonna visit ever again.

The food here is sooo healthy. Not fried but oven roasted. I read the other reports about service delay. They should read. Each piece is cooked fresh straight from the iview it’s worth the wait. So pay no attention
Order the volcano chicken or the soufflé. Great

Just visited the outlet in mytown for the first time after much recommendation from my media friends. 1st impression of the female (don’t know what position she is holding) trying to chase me n my friend out for the outlet. By given reason that the section outside the restaurant only reserved for full house only and they need to filled up restaurant first, but other guests still sitting at section and some guest walking in in the “reserved-section” as well but not being stop?! To make things worst, purposely delay the food we ordered as the next table was in after us got their meal served after 10minutes and our was delayed in purpose for more than 20 minutes for the same items ordered. We ordered at 846pm but ordered came at 911pm.

Not recommended.
I had ordered the soy chicken and waited for almost 45 mins and get to know the kitchen was not receive my order. Japche was good but thats the only food I ate and I was so disappointed with the reason because im craving to test the fried chicken from goobne.

Hungry from our fantastic recce of new tourists spot landed us in this restaurant by chance. Most of the restaurants in this place have run out for raw materials due to Christmas celebrations. Luckily for us, we manage to grab a plate of their recommended Spicy Galbi. Each piece is so deliciously intend and juicy. It’s stated in their pamphlets that we need to wait for 15minutes for it to be serve. It’s really very yummy and you should be here if you need good spicy chickens.

I went yesterday with my dinner. We wait for 40 minutes long and we ask back them how long more we have to wait.
They said they just only key in the order. So the last 40 minutes, what did they do? The waiter name who take order is Boy. He dont even write down the order.
I recommend dont come to this restaurant.

This newly opened Korean inspired restaurant boasts about oil free cooking. The service is good, very courteous and on point. However the food is kind of let down, the portions are rather small, even for the whole chicken. The original flavor tastes the best, but still room for improvement. Both the Volcano flavor and Deep Cheese flavors are mere disappointment, it is obvious that the flavors didn't blend in or didn't marinate in at all. For the price we paid, we rather to eat at Kyo Chon.

Try here as its near to my workplace. The menu is still limited as some of the dishes is not available. Order Original Goobne Roasted Chicken And Volcano. The dish did not came with side dish except radish as complimentary. Waited for more than 20 minute. After food arrived, try the Volcano first and the taste is really amazing. Spiciness and sweetness are perfect. The original a little bit bland but after mix with the volcano sauce it taste great. Just little disappointing that the dish did not came with rice or make it dish come together with drink.
