The food is hearty - the best of Austrian cooking with good portions.
Ask for what you want - I mixed and matched from the menu and they are accommodating. Be prepared for 'You want vegetables with THAT ?' - Yep - its an English this - all on one plate - veggies with everything.

great family atmosphere, excellent food, fresh and well served. The service perfect! I saw the owner serving the food from time to time as well, making sure that all guests are happy.
I will remember buns, always warm and crispy from my breakfasts! And it is not that expensive as you might expect!

What a find this turned out to be! It's just beside the main road. It has a good sized car-park. There is an inside eating area, a partially covered reating area to the rear and to the side there is a fine garden restaurant. Although the inn is just off the main road, the area itself is picturesque and worth a visit.
The reception was warm and friendly. The restaurant staff spoke good English and we had no problem being understood. The food is varied with local Styrian dishes and also a wide variety of other dishes. The food was well cooked and beautifully served. The portions were large. They stock a few varieties of beer and their wine is good.
The toilet facilities were exceptionally clean and it's plain that a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
The price was reasonable and we all had a wonderful time.
