Food was good. Service was slow. You have to make another line for the drinks. Will go again but next time, early in the morning.

We stopped here on our way back to San Juan from El Yunque...and we're happy that we did! We heard about Borcuia the day before on a food/walking tour of Old San Juan. Our tour guide told us this was the best kiosk in Pinones. I can't confirm that, but the roasted pork was Fantastic as was the mofongo with... More

We drove by several times and did not stop because it looks kind of sketchy but there were always really long lines. While exploring nearby beaches we finally had lunch here and it was great. Really good food for half of what we usually for lunch.

Been here a few times with friends but have never really been convinced to eat there. Finally do and yes, Everything on the menu is prepared at the moment and just for you, but, they don't really have fresh seafood as you'd expect from a kiosk across the street from the beach. The alcapurrias are really the only thing worth... More

We went for one drink and ended up staying for hours. We ordered beer, mixed drinks and a lot of food. The staff here takes care of you and you will not believe how cheap the prices are. The food is outstanding and the people that hag out here are a blast. A do not miss.

We took food out from this kiosk and ate ate the beach. Jibarito sandwiches have fried plantain instead of bread with meat filling. It was very greasy but so delicious. There is usually a long wait and the menu is not in English. Staff English is not too great either but we took a chance and really enjoyed the local... More

Love the food. Is amazing the view of the beach near the restaurant. The bacalaitos and piononos were amazing. You have to go on week days because in the weekends are full of people. The service is great and we love that all the food is cooked at the moment and fresh.

Travelling along Loiza coast, there were many small and medium size restaurants but something that attracted me to this place was the appearance, the smoke, and that there were lots of people! Drinks are cheap and good so have one, maybe two. The food menu is encompassing and a good representation of PR authentic food. Most off all, the food... More

From the fresh coconut water to the deep fried deliciousness this place was a dream. We ordered one of everything and I don't regret any of it.

This is a great little beach cafe along the road between Loiza and San Juan. The long lines attest to its popularity with Puerto Ricans, and the food is great and deep fried.
