Sunday lunch at the Nile...certainly a nice place to be. A nice view on the river, a liitle breeze, tables in the shade and some in the sun and live music but not too loud. Our waiter was very attentive, the fresh fruit juices nice and the food ok. Prices are normal.

Located on the bank of the river Nile, Da Vinci Lodge has a quiet unique view. The food is okay but not very imaginative.

Picturesque spot along the Nile just below the Juba Bridge. Get a spot under the trees, have a drink and share a meal with family or co-workers. Laid back but attentive staff. Excellent fruit drinks and better than average coffee. It's an NGO / UN / Mission hang-out (just count the White Land Cruisers in the parking area), but the... More

A lovely location alongside the Nile with plenty of local activity in the water (but you cannot take photographs). Seems a little heavy handed with the local security guards wandering around and they could be more discreet. The buffet food is good value for South Sudan (ie pricey) but the quality is good and variety also good. Be warned that... More

Perfect place to enjoy a relaxing weekend lunch along the Nile,. Atmosphere and venue in open air are perfect. Quality of the restaurant is medium although prices are of the highest in Juba.Nice music band on Friday.

We had a very pleasant afternoon at this restaurant that sits along and has a great view of the Nile. Ethiopian coffee, and a nice menu. Shady trees to escape the hot Juba sun. I can see why it is one of the most popular spots in Juba.

Very nice place for that Sunday afternoon chill out. They have a live band that belts out various tunes from all parts of the world. Good food...Ethiopian coffee and sheesha who those who have spare lungs to spoil. Good way to whirl down an afternoon as the calm breeze soothes you.

Da Vinci has about the best location in Juba - right down on the bank of the White Nile just below the bridge. We had drinks right down by the waters edge, but retreated to a table a little further from the water to eat to get away from the insects. Our party of six had a variety of dishes,... More
