Our flours are made out of ancient italian weath, it is biological and biodinamical, and it’s grown and stonegrinded in Tuscany. Our tomato sauce is made out of tomatoes grown and processed in Italy. We use only mother yeast grown with our hard ancient weath flour, the variety we use is Senatore Cappelli. The mozzarella we use is fiordilatte. Our vegetables are fresh, biological and seasonal, grown at “km0”. Our meats, our cheese and other ingredients are all produced in Italy to provide the best gastronomy quality.
