Grant & PJ have created an atmosphere you wont soon forget, the food is the GREATEST Grant is an executive chef, his food is to die for, the portions are very large you will leave with a full tummy. there are so many options to choose from. but you cant leave Kaslo untill you have sampled the prime rib.... mouth... Stopped here for lunch. Very pleased with the atmosphere, antiques all over the house and also delicious food. One had the pot pie and it had great flavor, and not too much pie crust . The salmon quiche was light, fluffy with smoked salmon and a generous portion. The seafood curry bowl, had a delicious coconut taste and a large... More

I make it a routine to stop in at the Rosewood each time I visit Kaslo or I'm driving through to my other destination. The service is friendly and professional, and the food is a taste sensation. Everything is made from scratch, from the sauces to the buns and breads. Worth every dollar knowing care and quality has gone into... More

I am a week late in posting this and after seeing the other reviews, I am sorry it took that long. We were so impressed with the quality and quantity of the menu items (definitely plan on taking leftovers for a second meal). We were, unfortunately seated near the reviewer below, who complained about her treatment by the waitress/food quality.... More

We ordered slightly different but had the same. The prime rib was very good. The salat bowl was rather sad. With a little effort it could have been much better. The pie was delicious, but a few minutes in the oven, together with icecream would have made it perfect. Nice place to be and friendly service.

Went here for a dinner after a long bike ride, the young staff was very friendly and the place is chock full of memorabilia, this is a rather large place for a small town. They close at 8 pm so if you are planning a later dinner you would have to plan ahead . The restaurant only serves full entrees... More

I was saddened to have the old woman waitress use my pregnancy as an excuse for my dissatisfaction. The food was the source of my dissatisfaction not my baby. You were short and annoyed when I was asking questions about the menu items. The homemade bread was tasty but it fell apart and made a sandwich hard to eat. The... More

We really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. It is a family run business and the service as well as the food was very good.

We had a New York sandwich off the lunch time menu, we were well looked after my the staff who always had a smile. The apple pie is great and the Lemon Meringue is 4 inches high. You have to try it when you visit Kaslo
