This little shop was wonderful. The fish is absolutely amazing and local catch. Of course I tried the deep fried mars bar, that's what their famous for. Make sure you drink a lot of water!

Walked in at 8.50pm for takeaway food, was not acknowledged by staff when we entered and then when we were we're informed at bang on 9pm that they had turned the friars off and that they only had chips left. Would have expected better service....More

Stopped to get some chips for lunch, £3.20 for a medium portion of chips! That's double the norm everywhere else! That said, the chips were nice, but not worth £3.20!
Carron has improved alot, service is quicker than elsewhere. Fish, pies etc good but don't get many chips.
