The family visited over the weekend after hearing it has been re-opened. We all had lovely tea and delicious organic ice cream. Seating outside in the sunshine is great. Staff where so nice and helpful, quite refreshing! Overall would highly recommend for all ages, kids, teenagers, couples & retired. Something for everyone.

Aims for local, organic, hand grown etc. A little bit of Islington come to the semi rural functionality that is the extended Deeside coastal strip. After an initial burst of colour and energy from summer 2011 with lots of exciting foods, I feel they've had to wind it in a... More

Visited today while out with the family. It was our first visit to the Heritage Park and we were very impressed. The food at the cafe was lovely, amongst the best we've had while travelling round this week but the service was rather slow - not sure why as our order wasn't complicated which is why it's only rated 4.... The cafe is in a favourable location yet from what i witnessed is badly managed. The cafe needs more stock.Fridge on a hot day only had ice cream,no ice lollies and very little choice. The gardens were scruffy.Hedges needed cutting, litter picked up.Some TLC needed. The young girls serving in the cafe havent got a clue. She was wandering around the garden with my order... Went for a walk around Greenfield Park and decided to try out the cafe as we have heard some good reports. The day was warm and we had our dog with us so we sat outside. Unfortunately the rubbish bin nearby had been emptied by animals or whatever but rubbish was strewn around the perimeter of the eating area. Perhaps... More

If you pay a visit avoid the sausages, they are as hard as house bricks and should come with a teeth warning. Im not joking, I have the proof here. Daughter and boyfriend visited after reading the rave reviews, my daughter ordered the sausage sandwich and it was lets put this kindly impossible to eat, how on earth do you... More

I have visited the Green Pea on numerous occasions and I have always received excellent service from its staff, the food has always been superb and the price reasonable. They have a good selection of foods on the menu, being a vegetarian I am never short on choice. They also make some wonderful homemade cakes, particularly the Victoria Sponge Cake,... More
