Tucked away in Del Pilar St and open long hours. Perfect for a coffee (automatically with chilled water) and small snack - they bake their own - try the Upside-down cinnamon - or for a full meal with drinks. And yes the chef DOES listen to your instructions. The menu is amazing - 28 breakfasts, 133 mains, 60 listed drinks... More

Not surprising that the eatery rates well on trip advisor. It is first class by local standards. My chicken curry was nicely prepared and mildly spiced and my companions pork belly was melt in the mouth good. Beer ice cold and prompt cheerful service made the meal a fine one.

Dream Cafe is quite an assuming place from the outside, but the choices and food are lovely. They have really good options and as a vegetarian they were able to accommodate me changing some of the ingredients. It's reasonably priced for a restaurant, and the service was really good. Especially Jake I think his name is.

Had our small team dinner here. The cafe was playing music videos via projector. We actually wanted to dine on a Friday or Saturday coz there's a love vand but our schedules didn't permit us to. The food was good. It's worth the price. Service was nice as well.

Lucky to find this place. You can tell it's managed well. We enjoyed our dinner, delicious fresh food. The lady at the cash/bar and guy from Cebu were great servers.

I had dinner with my team and we did not expect them to have good food and the beer was cold! We enjoyed the place. Plus the service was good as well. Very attentive wait staff.

Stopped in for a burger & fries. So glad I did, it was spectacular. The spoonful of coleslaw on the side was pretty good also but the hand cut fries with the special home made tomato sauce was to die for.
