Popped in here before going to a show nearby. It is up the Sydney Uni end of restaurants on busy King St with a variety of Asian in the area. This was a good choice. The service was on the ball. The rice paper rolls were very fresh & tasty. My partner's chicken curry was full of flavour & my... More

This small restaurant has an authentic and hole in the wall feel BUT don't be mistaken. Here you is the flavour of Vietnam. My friend and I had entrees of Spring rolls(3) with stuffed chicken wings (marvellous), followed by mains of Lemon Grass and chill chicken and Salt and Papper Squid Takeaway on a wet saturday evening. Came here for a quick lunch. Service was fast, attentive and very friendly. Ordered the crispy chicken salad which was fresh, full of herbs, lots of crispy chicken and authentic flavour. My partner ordered the special fried rice and salt and pepper squid- both were delicious. Highly recommended

I asked the waiter for a recommendation and he suggested the pork and prawn Vietnamese pancake and it was sooo good! Super fresh, super tasty and the whole menu was gluten free! And it was cheap!

Good and friendly service. Friend of mine had a salad which was tasty. My prawn soup was also tasty but had only a few prawns and too much noodles. Price was ok.

Service was very friendly, with the waiter even down-selling us when he thought we'd over ordered - he was quite right too! Food was really good quality and the salt and pepper dishes particular stand outs. We will be back!

On par with most other Vietnamese restaurants. I ordered Bun (vermicelli) and was surprised to find it hot instead of cold. It was good anyway.

Loved Rice Paper when we were introduced to it on a previous visit to Sydney so chose to try it again this trip. It was just a delicious this time! We shared the Vietnamese Chicken Curry, the Beef Stew and the Caramelised Pepper Pork in Clay Pot (which came with a bowl of pickled carrot and bean sprouts) as well... More
