I've visited this Pub many times over the years with several different friends and relatives; we have never been disappointed. A very picturesque location, a wide variety of good old fashioned food, ample quantity and well cooked. I confess though that I always go for the traditional Pub grub. Add to this a friendly and inviting atmosphere and it's dog... More

We have just visited this gem of a pub during a short break away from Essex. It is set beside the river with outside seating when the weather allows, a very picturesque location, the epitome of English charm and tradition. We had pre-booked our table for dinner as advised due to it being Good Friday and were so glad we... More

Lovely pub in a beautiful location with a friendly atmosphere. But I have to admit I was very disappointed with the steak and ale pie. It was tasteless and I only had 6 small pieces of meat and 2 slices of mushrooms, the rest was all pastry. My chips were dry as if they'd been reheated.

Every time we go same amazing food, same amazing service. Great place for a nice family lunch. Right by the river, had pie, mash and peas last time we went. They give you half a pie! Beautiful food

Not sure if it's the street lighting but we were uninspired when we saw the pub outside but what a lovely warm welcome we got, we didn't eat there and wished we had when we saw the menu, we will return to ironbridge and we'll definitely eat here! Hopefully be 5* with a meal x

As a group of 6 with 2 kids and 4 slightly muddy dogs we weren't sure we'd find somewhere to eat after our long walk so we're delighted to be welcomed in to this pub, with staff coming over to fuss the dogs. A good menu and decent food, just what we needed. Lovely outside seating by the river available... More

We stumbled across this pub whilst walking our dog Molly today...... what a find! We were made so welcome, especially considering Molly was very muddy! The food we had was lovely and the lady behind the bar was friendly and helpful, Molly got some dog biscuits too! Well worth a visit 😀

Great Pub that has an excellent ambiance and to top it up serves top pub grub. After 5 on a Sunday try the free roast 🥔 spuds. Keep some room for them and enjoy a Pint.
