Food was of very medium quality. We've got salad 20 min before main dish. Also French fries we delivered to early - the effect was that we have eaten salad, 10 min later we had fries - once we were finished our fish arrived at the table. For low quality meal we paid more than 25 euro/per person and that... More

The biggest mistake was asking if they served paella. They brought out the menu and insisted on serving us the €24 pp dish when there were some for €12. We asked for two glasses of white wine for €1.5 and they brought out the wine list with bottles starting at €20. We then said no just a glass each and... More

Really worth a visit if you're in Santa Pola. Modern pinchos and classic tapas, which are available both in medio (half) and racion (full) sized servings. Nice, clean, well kept surroundings and food served nicely with placemats and napkins. Lots of food out for you to look at and choose from, all decorated extravagantly; rather like some of the pinchos... More

Casa Rico is an example of a tapas bar which, from outside, looks like any other. But the crucial factor that lifts Casa Rico over all other tapas bars we have tried in Valencia region, is the quality of tapas, and also the imagination which the chef put into them. We visited on 4 occasions, on each occasion there was... More

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful waiter who took the time to explain us the various dishes on the menu. At the entrance was a counter-full of beautiful looking tapas, too many to describe here. We ordered several tapas, but the one that was outstanding was the morcilla, the best I have eaten in all of Spain.... More

Casa Rico is a good place to taste an authentic "caldero", typical dish with fish and potatos. Out of the touristy área is a good place to taste seafood "tapas", specially good is octopus. I went with some Friends a week ago for the first time and in my opinión one of the best restaurants in Santa Pola. One complain:... More

We visited Santa Pola while on holiday in Torrevieja. We had seen an online review for Casa Rico and decided to give it a try. It is a couple of blocks up from the harbor and not one of the 'tourist' places that line the harbor blvd. We arrived around 17:00 and discovered that the dinner kitchen was closed until... More
