Sharing lunch with an extended family mad for a lovely day. Their seniors menu was all deep fried and quite expensive at $15. The rest of the menu was average to say the least as was the food

Food - Ok Noise - incredible! Why the hell would you have dining set next to the outdoor entertaining area with music so loud even a jumbo jet could take off and you wouldn't hear it!

I've read all the reviews and I can only go on my experience , I've been 3 x and 3 x it's been good , but people are right about the dress code issue it is weird as some casual gear is more expensive than normal dress clothes We recently went on reggae night I absolutely LOVE reggae n the... More

We were here for lunch in the Christmas Season. Christmas decorations were unobtrusive, the menu offered, too, was not influenced by the Season. In all fairness, we had not asked for Christmas fare to be available, no doubt it could be had by arrangement. The venue was comfortable enough for the large group that we were with, a few other... We rang our friends. 'Let's go out for dinner,' we said. 'Caffe Primo,' we said. 'It'll be easy.' So we arrived. (No this is not the wrong review. Stay with me here.) We arrived to find the chairs all up on the tables and a handwritten note saying they were closed due to a staff Christmas party. Woops! The Highway... More

Visited to catch up with other interstate visitors to Adelaide for a sporting competition. Loved the beer garden, well set out and great as we had 30 plus people there. I had the fish and chips $23.00 Nice food probably just the right size if not extremely hungry. Drinks a bit pricey. Cider in smaller glasses than usual, not served... More

The Highway... yeah okay nice venue, good beer garden, good range of events on etc... BUT the food and beverage prices are certainly not reasonable. It really let us down. Hows this?! You order a pint and expect a 425ml glass BUT they serve a beer in their 'standard' glass (375ml) and find it okay to charge you the same,... More

Really enjoyed the meal of spare ribs - so yummy! Service is good, although a bit off hand at times. We are regular visitors. Comfortable and quiet if you eat inside. You'd want to be a smoker to eat in the outside dining area.

Took some friends for a meal and to watch the footy. What a BIG disappointment, left after 20 minutes. Undercover sail provided no protection from the rain. And I believe I'm now a smoker after all the 2nd hand smoke that filled the venue. Never again!

Thank Derek B
