Nice place to visit for dinner and very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and food ok. Get what you pay for, is how I'd describe it.

My wife and I are staying in Vers Pont Du Gard which is just down the road and we had a great dinner together. We both had the snails for the entrée and then the canard for the main. We started with a champagne glass each and then drank a white and red both from the region. Castillon Du Gard... More

Warm, cosy and beautiful location - and the food is superb: not too fancy, but beautifully plated and served and oh-so-tasty. Truly a treat. However, the waiter (or maître d', as she seems to be important) was actively unpleasent to our toddler, who was actually having a pretty polite night. She forwened whenever he made noise, clucked whenever we took... More

How can such a tiny,hill-top village support 3 differing restaurants, each very successful? Simple. They are so good and in its own way Les jarres is arguably the most popular,Dont risk just turning up and expecting a table even,or particularly ,at lunchtime or you are likely to be disappointed. Laurence is a miracle worker in her small kitchen. The flavours she... More

We attended this restaurant while staying in the area last month. Our B and B, La Claire Demeure recommended it and without Claire's suggestion we would never have found it as it is in a small village off the beaten track. We were so impressed with the food that we went back again the next night. Every dish was very... More

We stopped here for lunch - a mixed group of adults and children. We aren't the most fluent in French, so the waitress went out of her way to find the right words in English to help us order. The menu did look like it might be tricky for children, but they had a mouthwatering ravioli gratin that all adults... More

We chose to eat at Les Jarres based on the reviews and were not disappointed. The restaurant has a terrasse on the main square- and is very popular - We found no space on our first attempt. It is important to reserve. The service was impeccable, refreshingly kind and professional. We had their main dish- les planches- and all were... More

Wonderful place with highly professional cook! Great mix plate of local products is a must entree. Pork and fish were grilled perfectly. Great white by glass, so we reached that wine yard and bought a box of different wines)

Wonderfully informal bistro style al fresco atmosphere. The women who run the restaurant are charming and obviously care deeply that everyone has a great time. The food was outstanding - the escargot have a special twist invented by the chef making them the best I have ever had. My fish of the day was pure joy & my wife declared... More

Stopping here for lunch when on a biketrip. Really good food! I had the lamb as a maincourse and I swear that it is the best lamb I have ever had, so tender and moist that it was a dream to eat! If you happen to travel through this small village, be sure to stop here for a meal.
