My sister was supposed to come from the US to the UK for a week to visit me. She booked her flights with Kiwi. She had a layover in Florida. When she showed up at her gate for her flight to the UK, the airline had changed the time and Kiwi head failed to inform her. So she missed that flight.
They agreed (after 4 hours on hold) to put her on another flight (arriving the next day, so she lost one day of vacation already). What they then failed to tell her is that airline doesn't fly from that airport.
So thrive supposedly put her on a third flight. She's spent 48 hours out of her one week off in an airport in Florida.
Kiwi are incompetent to the point of criminality. Don't book with them.
