Go to the kiosks on Route 3 in Luquillo. Walk down the row. Take a look at menus. Choose 1 that looks good.

If you are able to make it to Luquillo.Try kioskos Luquillo.At #24or #25 is Coral by the Sea.Ifyou want to try the national dish.It is very hard to find that is edible.But it is mofongo.ask for Mofongo Criolla.The ladies in in the kitchen are very proud to make it.It will take awhile. It is made fresh. It is out of this world. Also try the shrimp arepas.Service is not very good.But that problem exist at almost every establishment on the island.

Fajardo is known for its seafood restaurants especially since there are large marinas in and around the town. Check these possibilities:

Aguaviva in the Old San Juan is very good. But all seafood is good in PR.
