I am someone who has a sensitive stomach at the best of times and wondered if anyone had any advice, apart from the usual (drink only bottled water, stay away from salads, unpasturised milk, seafood, ice in drinks etc.,) on how to stay healthy on Tobago during our holiday there in April. We are self-catering which should help and I am taking 'Immodium Plus' with me, which has always proved reliable in Europe in the past and is the only remedy my GP recommended. Has anyone ever consulted the local pharmacies for instance and do they have a 'magic remedy' for 'holiday tummy'? Any experiences on this topic would be helpful. I just don't want to spoil the holiday for the other members of my family who never get ill, when I always do!! Many thanks.
