Our Condo at Purcell Point and mini trip report

I recently stayed at #14 Purcell Point, with my family of 5. (Plus two friends). You can find pics on owner direct dot com using unit # 116183.

It is a 3 bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. With 7 of us for half of our time there, we never felt cramped for space.

There is a fireplace that keeps it nice and toasty in there! Gorgeous hardwood floors, slate tiles, and a beautiful kitchen! It's only half a block away from the market and downtown shops. Never did find a good toboggan hill though (should have asked a local!)

The hot springs (Radium)are a 20 min. drive away (no sulfurous odors), and the ski hill (Panorma)is about a half hour drive.

Worth mentioning: There is a glass blowing store called Bavins on the main road into Invermere. Check it out. In the summer, you can watch them work their magic, melting glass into jewlery, home decor etc. We were there over New Years, so didn't get to see that, but the wares are so unique!

We loved Inveremere, and hope to see it in the summer!

Had a lot of fun, and would definetly suggest staying at the condo mentioned above.
