Wheres best place for an Evening Meal in Falmouth?(Mid Range)
How much is mid range please? Any food preferences?
I like Olivers in the town centre. It looks a bit basic but the food is excellent and service friendly.
It might be a bit more than you want to pay but worth every penny.
Alternatively, try Palaccio. A mixed crowd, usually buzzing, great mocktails (sorry I’ve no idea about alcoholic drinks) and very good food.
And, of course, there’s Rick Stein’s fish place.Edited: 21 April 2018, 05:13
Depends what you mean by “best”. More information as to what you are looking for please.
I like Gylly cafe on Gyllingvase beach, because the food and service are excellent and the location is unbeatable.
Another vote for the Gylly Beach Cafe. If you can get into the town centre (walkable from the San Remo if you're fit) there's a huge choice. Balti Curries if you like Indian, Ming's Garden for Chinese, Thai Orchid (highly recommended), Gurkha for Nepalese food (again, highly recommended).
Rick Stein I have gone off a bit; the menu seems much less interesting these days, but if mackerel is on the menu it could be worth going.
And many others. Use Trip Advisor to see.
