Looking for a licenced place in Brighton for a party of 50

Does anyone know of a licenced place in Brighton for a get together of around 50 people?

It would have to have a bar and somewhere that allows you to provide your own food and entertainment ?

We need the venue for the end of October 2015.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help

If you're willing to consider Hove, there are two more options with bars that allow your own catering & entertainment:

1. The Stoneham Pub - http://www.thestoneham.co.uk

2. The View - http://www.viewhove.com/function-room/

We have held a 60th birthday party and our wedding reception at Estia. We had their meze dishes served which suited everyone at an extremely reasonable cost, and at our reception a good friend of ours provided the entertainment. Andreana and Andy are charming people who couldn't have been more helpful.
