The Ibis/Formule 1 on Wapping opposite the Albert Dock has a large car park. It's a 15 minute (ish) walk to the O2 Academy.
The Premier Inn on Vernon Street has a NCP car park opposite, that's if you want to leave your car in a NCP car park for the night.
The Marriott on Queen Square by Lime Street has a special residents entrance to the multi-storey car park nex to it . (Not sure who its operated by but it's not NCP).
The liner or Marriott Queen's sq are the closest !!

There's also a Travelodge on Victoria Street which is about a 5 minute walk from the Academy.
There is free on street parking opposite the hotel between 6pm and 8am, but between 8am and 6pm pay & display is in operation. Something to consider if you are only staying for 1 night.
The Dolby and Campanile hotels both have free off-street parking. However, they are both down at Queens Dock which is a further 10 minute walk down Wapping from where the Ibis is. It's not too bad a walk if the weather is nice; but if it's raining the walk won't be much fun, plus you probably won't fancy a 25-30 min walk after you've just been to a gig.
