Where can I find a good Beef Wellington in Glasgow?
Beef Wellington is not really a Scottish Dish!
Somewhere is bound to have it but I wouldn’t say I have seen it on any restaurant menus I have been to.
I do love a beef wellie and do a mean one myself but you will struggle to get in in Glasgow. The ones listed on Stu's link are a bit misleading. The Bothy do a veggie one with butternut squash! Could not find any on the menu of most of the others (yes I am sad enough to have checked lol).
It is a difficult dish for a restaurant to do as it really needs to be cooked and served to a whole table. Yes you can get individual ones but not the same really. Good luck.
They even sell frozen beef wellington in Iceland Supermarkets. It is not bad for the price. Seems to be getting very popular.

Apologies - I couldn't be bothered checking the individual restaurants.
It's not the sort of item which is likely to be on many menus on a regular basis. It's time consuming and expensive to create and is the sort of thing which a good restaurant might produce to order with 24 hours notice.
