if it's a domestic flight and no checked luggage then Usain Bolt might be able to do it.

I always allow at least an hour for that move.

Plane touches down, taxis forever to the stand, wait for steps, wait for everyone around you to get off, probably walk for several minutes before you get to the shuttle, that's without immigration and customs if you're on a non domestic flight.

I wouldn't want to risk it.

I've done from plane to train in under half an hour from a domestic flight on many an occasion. It really depends on how quickly they offload you, if your flight is early or late landing, if you've got bags to collect (sometimes they are already on the carousel when you get to the hall, other times you wait ages), if you get straight onto the monorail (3min wait if you just miss one), if you've already booked your train ticket.....it's possible if you can move fast but if you're looking to pre-book an advance train ticket that's only valid on that train I wouldn't chance it. I've often found the trains on the Gatwick line are delayed so that sometimes help catch a train you didn't think you'd make!

That's a good one, but no. If you're not Usain Bolt you won't have enough time.

you can wait 15 minutes for the transit to the south terminal so you would have to be very very lucky to make it
