Attractions and wildlife around Biot

We are going to stay on Biot in February. We are looking for a few different things to do, mostly wildlife based. Can we go dolphin watching from anywhere? Are there good walks around? Also what culture should we look out for? And are there any easy to get to not to be missed sights or experiences? (Not in Cannes or Nice). Finally does anyone know of a vineyard in the area they would recommend for a visit?

Biot is famous for its glass workers and artists. The old village itself is something to see.

I don't think you would see dolphins in the area unless you go to Marineland...

Mougins and Cagnes-sur-Mer (especially Haut-de-Cagne) are nice places to visit in that area.
