Divinum restaurant

Would I need to make a res in advance for lunch there in Sept. 2017? With so many good places, can one walk in for lunch without a res?

No reservation required, place is usually very quiet.

Have you eaten there, by any chance? Do you recommend any particular restaurant for lunch with excellent local food? Thanks

I have, it is a very nice room but I am not a particular fan of the food (or prices). For similar prices I would choose Occi or Nu, both are very closeby (and opposite one another). Might need to reserve at those.

Less showy but great food (particularly fish) is at Tasca Gallega (Esconxuro). Just off Plaza Independencia

I was iterested in OCCI, but have no way to contact them, unless I phone from USA, which maybe I will do. Just bought my tickets to Girona from Barcelona. Their website was not working a few days ago when I tried to reserve. Any suggestions? Looks like you are actually in Girona? And thanks again.

Are you on facebook? Occi can be contacted by a message on their site. It is definitely still open, I went past last night. https:/…

Not sure of your budget but Massana is very special. Also look at Nu.
