December in Perugia

We are thinking of visiting Perugia for 3-4 days between Christmas and New Year. Will most things be open or do they close this time of year?

Hi! Typically museums and monuments (like almost everywhere in Italy) are closed on December 25 and January 1 (and also, in many cases, on Mondays), but other days they are open.

See the single opening hours here:

The actual holidays are December 25th and 26th, and Juanuary 1st. On other days you can expect usual services to be open.

Note that Perugia may be chilly and snowy that season, so be ready.
