Train to Florence

We will be visiting Bastogne in early June, and then will be traveling to Florence by train. What city would we need to go to catch the high-speed train?

Thanks.

I love train travel myself, but that's a trip I'd probably consider flying. That's a 20 hour or longer trip with numerous changes. See the below link to check train schedules Europe wide.

There is no high speed train connecting Belgium and Florence, and both are about 700 miles away. Flight would be my preferred option. From either Brussels Zaventem Airport or Charleroi Airport you can flight to Florence.

Indeed, use http://www.bahn.de/i/view/USA/en/index.shtml .

Best option is probably one of the connections using night trains, for example from Paris or Dijon to Milan, or from Munchen to Florence.

However, flying is probably cheaper and faster.
