Golfing in Akaroa

Cruise route now calling in Akaroa. I have looked at the website and like the idea of taking in a round of golf.

To do this I would need clubs/shoes etc.

Is the course worth playing and would I be able to arrange this.

I know I can contact the club, but would like to here views from forum members in addition to this.

Any costs would assist.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick replies.

I will play there when we are visiting Akaroa.

Just need to make sure my wife can do something that day. She is not a golfer.

It is not for a while yet but I like to plan ahead as much as I can.

Thanks again.

Ron.

Have a look at akaroa.com for ideas for your wife if she would like to do something other than have a walk around town & the shops. Enjoy your golf. I suggest you get in touch with the golf club as soon as possible as they can advise re transport etc. Have fun.
